Information regarding vehicle deposits and purchases.
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
A holding deposit placed on a vehicle is fully refundable if the buyer decides not to proceed with the purchase before the final contract is signed, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time the deposit is made.
Once a vehicle purchase agreement has been signed and the vehicle has been delivered off the dealership lot, the sale is considered final. Returns are not accepted unless mandated by specific state or national laws, or if a specific return guarantee was purchased or offered in writing with the vehicle.
Many of our certified pre-owned vehicles come with a limited dealer warranty or the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to your specific purchase agreement and warranty documents for details regarding covered repairs and claims.
