These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Carbuzz ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our automotive dealership website and services.
While we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of information on our website, errors may occur. Vehicle prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Prices exclude applicable taxes, registration, and documentation fees.
Test drives are subject to the presentation of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a test drive to anyone. All vehicle sales are subject to a finalized, signed purchase agreement at our dealership location.
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Carbuzz and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
